Fluorescent pigment are functional luminescent pigment, When fluorescent pigment is irradiated under external light(including ultraviolet), it will absorb a certain shape energy to excite photons, and released energy in a form of a low visible light, then appearance into different shades fluorescence phenomenon. There are serise Fluorescent pigments which are widely used in textile printing, paper coatings, water-based coatings, and plastic coloring, paint and ink etc.
