ACR 401 –PVC processing aid

1 Introduction
ACR 401 is a general purpose processing aid based on medium-high molecular weight. It is a acrylic copolymer that improves the processability and the performances of rigid PVC formulations. ACR 401 is also extremely cost-effective, requiring only very low addition levels for high-quality results.

2 Performance
1) Promotes faster fusion, increases melt strength, enhances extensibility and improves melt homogeneity of the compounds.
2) Increases the surface quality of PVC products. Offering excellent wall-thickness control and good thermoforming capabilities

3 Application
ACR 401 is an excellent general purpose processing aid that promotes a wide processing window providing the flexibility to limit the number of processing aids for various applications. Such as PVC Sheets, Pipes, Fittings, Window Profiles, Fences, Siding and so on.
4 Physicochemical Properties
ACR 401 is White free-flowing powder, bulk density:0.40-0.50g/cm[SUP]3[/SUP], can not be dissolved in water and ethanol, can be dissolved in chloroform and methyl ethyl ketone.

6 Storage, Packing & Transportation
